Clarissa Neumer, Legal Assistant

Clarissa has been with Rommel & Associates since it opened its doors in January of 2016, and brings fifteen years of prior experience working in law firms in Harford and Wicomico County.  She and her husband of forty-one years have four grown children and one grandchild.  Clarissa assists Luke in running a smooth operation that is welcoming and efficient for those who come with legal needs throughout the Eastern and Western Shore.


Jillian Gasque, Administrative Assistant

Jill brings professional skills from her prior office administration experience in a construction company.  She is a life-long resident of the Eastern Shore and the mother of one school-age child.  Jill carries much of the Court filing and scheduling responsibilities, and handles the telephone and receptionist duties.


Angela Allinder, Administrative Assistant

Angela is our newest staff member and is a recent graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in History, with a minor in Political Science.  She was born and raised on the Eastern Shore, and brings her love of the law to our office, assisting Luke in gathering and organizing case data.  She is looking to add to her education either a Paralegal Certificate, or possibly law school.



Brooks M. Witzke, Associate

Brooks is currently finishing his second year of law school at Concordia University School of Law in Boise, Idaho, where he attends law school on a full scholarship. Brooks is a Delaware Native and grew up in Sussex County, Delaware. He assists Luke with research and case review in between preparing for his law studies.
