Brianna N. Dashiell, Administrative Assistant
Brianna is our newest staff member and was born and raised in Salisbury. She is the mother of two and her professional career includes being a Certified Medical Technician. She has worked at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Bayshore Services, and additionally has held Administrative Assistant positions in Ocean City and Salisbury. She is considering expanding her professional training as a paralegal. Brianna handles much of the Court filing and client relations in our office, and we are very proud to add her to our expanding law firm.
Clarissa Neumer, Legal Assistant
Clarissa has been with Rommel & Associates since it opened its doors in January of 2016, and brings fifteen years of prior experience working in law firms in Harford and Wicomico County. She and her husband of forty-one years have four grown children and one grandchild. Clarissa assists Luke in running a smooth operation that is welcoming and efficient for those who come with legal needs throughout the Eastern and Western Shore.
Brooks M. Witzke, Intern

Completed Field Externship at Rommel and Associates, summer of 2017. Brooks is a Delaware Native and grew up in Sussex County, Delaware. He assists Luke with research and case review in between preparing for his law studies.
Areas of focus include: Police Misconduct, Civil Litigation, Civil Rights, Family Law, Criminal Law, and other challenging cases that might walk through the door.

Mr. Jackson is a native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore. He spent the early part of his legal career focusing on domestic and international environmental law issues. More specifically, on the unique challenges relating to protecting bio diversity and highly sensitive eco-systems from the impacts of climate change and unprecedented global economic expansion. He continues to be actively engaged in environmental and energy policy issues with a particular focus on climate change mitigation. After returning home to the Eastern Shore, Mr. Jackson developed a passion for providing legal representation to criminal defendants and increasing access to justice for the underserved and impoverished members of our community.
